Each Velora Ritual order is prepared with care to ensure your products arrive safely, beautifully packaged, and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

During high-volume periods, such as seasonal launches or holidays, processing times may extend slightly — but we’ll always keep you informed along the way.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $75 before tax.

For orders under $75, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and carrier.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays outside our control (such as weather or postal service interruptions).

Order Tracking

Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

If your tracking hasn’t updated within a few days, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to check on it for you.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

Velora Ritual is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@veloraritual.com with photos of the packaging and item. 

We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
