At Velora Ritual, every order is carefully prepared with your wellness and satisfaction in mind. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition

  • In original packaging with all components intact

  • Purchased directly from Velora Ritual

Please note: for the safety and integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns for opened or used skincare, beauty, or personal care items.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, email support@veloraritual.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Please do not ship items back without authorization — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging each order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@veloraritual.com
Include your order number and photos so our team can promptly assist with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare or personal care products

  • Used candles, diffusers, or oils

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and banks may take additional time to post refunds.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different scent, formula, or item, we recommend placing a new order once your return is processed.
